May 2--A consortium led by Bangkok Bank, HSBC, TMB Bank and the Government Savings Bank has won the mandate for a 24-billion-baht securitisation deal to finance construction for a new civil service complex on Chaeng Watthana Road.

Sources said the board of Dhanarak Asset Development, a state-owned company under the Treasury Department, had completed the selection process and was now drafting details for the underwriting contract.

Bangkok Bank, the lead bank in the winning consortium, proposed the lowest underwriting fees of the groups bidding for the deal. Bangkok Bank has pledged a full underwriting of the bond ...
