May 3--Satyam Computer Services, the New York Stock Exchange-listed Indian computer and software giant, said it plans to gradually increase its presence in Thailand and wants to achieve a top-three slot in the software and database management business in the country.
"We are always among the top three in every market where we have an office," said Virender Aggarwal, director and senior vice-president for Asia Pacific, the Middle East, India and Africa. "I do not think that Thailand should be an exception in this regard. We want to achieve the same level of success here as well."
