Manufactured in 28-pin TSSOP package, TPS65160 power management IC supports all 4 voltage requirements in TFT LCD panel. Single-chip device, powered from 12 V source, incorporates adjustable power-on sequencing functionality. Able to achieve 95% power efficiency, it supports input voltages from 8-14 V and includes 2.6 A switch-mode boost converter, 1.8 A non-synchronous step-down converter, as well as positive and negative charge pumps.
