There are two sides to any argument and the truth lies in the middle. The comments from Fred Westcott (February/March 2005, pg. 6) is a good example.
Mr. Westcott claims that the letter from Jon Randall (January 2005, pg. 6) contains a "serious error" in his claim that "most building departments ... require an architect's signature to get a building permit." Both Mr. Randall and Mr. Westcott may be partially inaccurate in their claim and counter-claim about the requirement for architects' signatures to obtain a building permit.
