The in-depth articles on business topics such as "Minimize liability, maximize success" (February/March 2005, pg. 44) are good. I am sure the legal credentials of Mr. Berman and Ms. Blank of Wood, Smith, Henning and Berman are excellent, as was most of their article. I do not question their expertise.
