Apr. 28--BANGALORE, India -- eBay, the world's leading online auctioneer, is exploring options to increase the business it offshores to India which currently include technology support and customer relations and later integrate them with its Indian division -- eBay India.

Talking to ET, Avinash Bajaj, country manager, eBay India said that all these plans are in the initial stages and at the moment the company management is discussing all options to make use of the talent pool available in India. eBay currently outsources technology functions to Cognizant Technology Solutions, while customer support functions are outsourced to IBM Daksh e-Services.
