Employing laminar flow element, FlowStream[R] Meters measure mass flow of air and clean, dry industrial gases including nitrogen, argon, helium, hydrogen, natural gas, and carbon dioxide. Units read full-scale flow rates up to 2,100 scfh and 1,000 slpm with user-selectable response times from 5-500 ms. Accuracy is [+ or -]1% of FS for 2-566 slpm capacities and [+ or -]2% of accuracy for other capacities. NEMA 4 rated units are EMI immune, electrically shielded, and intrinsically safe.
