With 70% of community college presidents likely to retire in the next 7 to 10 years, the major shift in leadership brings great opportunities for women and minorities.

Dr. Narcisa Polonio has seen top-level job searches from both sides. She's been president of two community colleges, Harcum in Bryn Mawr PA and Hudson County in Jersey City NJ.
