University of Colorado President Elizabeth Hoffman announced her resignation recently, following several very public scandals at the school.
In the last 16 months, Hoffman has dealt with the football sex and recruiting scandal at the Boulder campus and a recent uproar over a tenured professor's comments comparing victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks to Nazi war criminals.
Last month, a leaked report said two female trainers accused an assistant football coach of sexually assaulting them. The same report said thousand of dollars from football camp were in a slush fund hidden in 16 spots on campus.
