Getting snappy with a clerk won't get you far. Here are tips to resolve complaints:

-- Go to the customer service desk or ask to speak with a manager or owner to resolve the problem. Be calm and courteous. Be firm about your concerns and specific about how you'd like them resolved. If the manager is unable to help, contact the company's main office.

If that doesn't work, try:
