Handheld T-Scan provides rapid non-contact digitization of large objects at rate of 7,000 points/sec, with accuracy up to 50 microns. Device is insensitive to all types of surfaces, eliminating need for surface preparation. T-Probe is a wireless, shock-resistant CMM used for measurements of small and large objects within 30 m volume. T-Scan and T-Probe work in tandem with LTD800/700 laser tracking systems for industrial measurement with 6[degrees] of freedom.
