Apr. 7--The Crown Property Bureau plans to increase its development activity in Bangkok, with a focus on improving facilities in high-density areas.
Chirayu Israngkul na Ayutthaya, the CPB director-general, said over 70 locations were scheduled for improvements and development this year to help build a better quality of life for residents.
"Many of these communities have seen changes together with changes to the overall society," he said.
"In many places, crowding is greater than ever before, affecting the quality of life and social atmosphere of these places. This the CPB wants to help improve."
