Italian, African top bets for pope
Bookmakers in Ireland say Italy's Cardinal Dionigi Tettamanzi and Nigeria's Cardinal Francis Arinze are the favorites to be the next pope. Arinze, 72, is the Vatican's point man for relations with Islam.
