Her business is advising clients on buying modern and contemporary art, but when it comes to acquiring clothes, Maria de Madariaga is her own best guide. Describing her style as elegant and comfortable with a bit of glamour, she says her typical work outfit is a Prada pencil skirt with a cashmere top, along with a quirky Marni purse. "I need to wear things that are versatile," she says, "since I often have to go straight from meetings to art-world events at night."
