Ooh, I love skulls," gasps Kyriaki Savrani, grabbing a Libertine silk-screened skull-print blazer and pointing to her left ankle, which shares a similar macabre inking. Savrani's look is that of a gypsy magpie. Although she is based in New York, her peripatetic profession bounces her from London to Paris to Athens (the pint-size 32-year-old has worked with Annie Leibovitz, Nicole Kidman, and every veteran supermodel from Cindy to Kate), so it's no surprise that her suitcase is filled with exotic fashion finds from the four corners of the globe.
