Apr. 5--Asia Sermkij Leasing Plc (ASK) plans to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the second quarter by offering 23 million shares at a par value of five baht each.

Pending Securities and Exchange Commission approval, the subscription period is expected to run from May 10-12, with pricing to be finalised at the end of April, according to managing director James Lo. Trading is expected to begin in May.

Of the total IPO, 40 percent of the shares will be allocated to institutional investors and the remainder to retail investors and company management.
