Apr. 4--Credit card leader Krungthai Card has announced a new campaign focused on five key provincial markets.
Senior vice-president Terapoj Chokeanantang said that in previous marketing campaigns, most of the company's partners were based in Bangkok but half of KTC's 1.1-million card customer base lives outside of Bangkok.
The KTC Makes Sense campaign will focus on Chiang Mai, starting over Songkran, and expand to Chon Buri, Saraburi, Phetchaburi and Hat Yai, which combined represent 30 percent of KTC cardholders.
