New orders rose just 0.2% after a downwardly revised flat Jan. Economists expected a 0.5% gain, but durable goods were revised. Aircraft orders jumped 32.2%. Ex transportation, orders actually fell 0.1%. Inventories rose 0.5%. Stocks on hand hit 1.25 months' worth, up slightly from 1.23 months in Jan.
