Apr. 1--Asian Marine Services (Asimar) expects to finalise a joint venture specialising in environmental conservation and pollution control services in the next few months.
Managing director Warawan Nganthavee said Asimar would hold 80 percent of the shares in the new company, called Ecomarine, and Globeco of Italy the rest.
"We are in the process of finalising talks with Globeco, and hopefully, things will be finalised within one or two months," Mrs Warawan said at an investors' briefing at the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday.
