When we last wrote about the unlimited hydroplane Miss Madison (Sept. 30, 2002), we noted the movie about the boat and the small Indiana town that owned the racing team was set to open Jan. 31, 2003. Well, that didn't happen, but Madison is now scheduled to hit theaters in select cities nationwide April 22. This time, for sure.
Madison stars Jim Caviezel (The Passion of the Christ) and has been described as a "father-son action/drama based on the inspiring true story of the tiny, dying river town of Madison, Indiana, and its legendary 1971 race for the Gold Cup of hydroplane boat racing.''
