Space could soon be getting a bit crowded. It seems Japan is hot on the heels of the Americans and the Russians, and its space agency has announced the possibility of developing a shuttle-style space vehicle by 2025 and eventually constructing a manned Moon base. Well, if they ever get around to building this base, I can think of one very willing volunteer to give up all earthly comforts in the name of science: Her Indoors. She's always saying she needs more space.
TUESDAY 1
After Shirl heard that Clint Eastwood was returning as Inspector Harry Callahan in a 'Dirty Harry' computer game, Dodgi HQ suddenly became full of fast-shooting one-liners. When I asked her how Dodgi's quarterly financials were looking, she asked if I felt lucky, and when I demanded my morning coffee she said: "Go ahead, punk, make my day." So I told her that if she really wants to meet Dirty Harry she should go round and give Her Indoor's father a sponge-bath. That soon shut her up.
