SCNB touts faster loan approval service.

Mar. 3--Standard Chartered Nakornthon Bank has announced same-day service for personal loans.
Ajay Kanwal, senior executive vice-president for consumer banking at Standard Chartered Nakornthon, boasted that the "1Day Cash" service offered the fastest turnaround time for personal loans of any Thai bank.
"This isn't a new product, but rather a move to offer better service and greater convenience for customers," he said, adding that a survey showed that faster execution was one of the most desired attributes sought by retail customers from the bank.
