Prayudh says report to SET 'filed in error': Thainox staff unclear on rules.

Mar. 2--Prayudh Mahagitsiri, the founder and chief executive of Thainox Stainless Plc, has denied responsibility for investor confusion over his company's capital-raising plans, blaming company executives for a lack of clarity.
"We have been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand for only two months. Our staff remain unfamiliar with the procedures for complying with SET regulations," Mr Prayudh said at a news conference yesterday.
