Mar. 2--The property giant Land & Houses Plc plans to launch 13 new residential projects this year worth 28 billion baht, with realised revenues for the year projected at 21 billion baht.

Naporn Sunthornchitcharoen, an LH senior executive vice-president, said construction expenses for the projects were estimated at 14 billion to 15 billion baht.

The company has already invested four billion baht in land acquisitions for the projects in 2004.

Of the 13 developments, 11 will be detached-home projects located in Greater Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Khon Kaen, with average prices of 5.7 million baht.
