Mar. 1--Bangkok Commercial Asset Management expects to finalise a proposal to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand by April.
Bunyong Visatemongkolchai, the president of Bangkok Commercial Asset Management (BAM), said the report would be submitted to the Finance Ministry and the Financial Institutions Development Fund, the agency's sole shareholder.
If approved, the company could become the first asset management company to list on the SET, possibly as early as next year, he said. A share listing would help enhance the company's business prospects and opportunities to raise capital.
