The former Toyo Theater site on College Walk was sold last week for $10.5 million to The Oahu Educational Employees' Federal Credit Union.

The credit union plans to build a larger administrative office building on the two-acre lot on the Ewa side of Nuuanu Stream.

The credit union's 72 employees will relocate to the building from its 771 Amana St. facility, said marketing manager Mike Kauhane. Plans call for a …
