Regarding "Courting Foreign Opinion" in your December 13 issue: We can forgive U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor for splitting the infinitive "to faithfully discharge," but not for her love affair with "International Law" and her reliance on opinions of courts in foreign lands for interpreting the Constitution of the United States.
