Feb. 5--ING Funds (Thailand) and Devonshire Kiatnakin will launch the 570-million-baht Thai Industrial Fund on Monday, a new property fund aimed at investing in factories, plants and warehouses.

The closed-ended fund has a 10,000 baht minimum investment, with subscription to run from Monday to Feb 15. Dividends will be paid twice per year equalling at least 90 percent of net profits.

Maris Tarab, the managing director of ING Funds, said the fund would invest in properties in industrial estates and prime industrial areas nationwide.
