Feb. 5--The listed developer Supalai Plc plans to launch four residential projects with 2,000 units worth a combined 5.4 billion baht this year while expecting to generate 6.2 billion baht in sales from existing and new projects, according to president Pratheep Tangmatitham.
Last year, the company posted sales of 4.1 billion baht from 1,000 units, an increase of 28 percent from the previous year. About half of the units were condominiums, 36 percent single houses and 12 percent townhouses.
