Feb. 4--The listed residential developer MK Real Estate Development Plc is likely to be the only company submitting a proposal to build residential units for the Thai Airways International village.

To help its employees relocate to the area near the new Suvarnabhumi Airport, the national carrier called a bid to find developers to build units for 15,000 of its employees. The result will be known by the end of this month.

Earlier, it was reported that two listed companies, MK and Land & Houses Plc, were bidding for the project, but LH chairman Anant Asavabhokin denied the news, citing a survey that showed most of the ...
