BEIJING, February 02, SinoCast -- Banking commission boss's talk last week reinforced rampant talks that China's postal savings was in line for a specialized postal savings bank. But without removing two major bottlenecks, the transition will be all but an uphill task, sources said. Liu Mingkang, chairman of China Banking Regulatory Commission, addressed the 2005 working conference that "the commission is on track to extend the postal savings into its supervisory network according to law."
