Feb. 3--The number of condominium units available in central Bangkok will become scarce over the next several years due to growing demand from overseas investors, fewer locations for new developments and limited new supply, according to property consulting firm CB Richard Ellis (Thailand).
Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, the managing director of CB Richard Ellis, said the overall occupancy rate in the area would be 90 percent by the end of 2005, up from 86.4 percent last year.
