A Vanity Fair kind of weekend.

IT WAS like one of those fabulous weekends at the Hamptons or Palm Beach that you regularly read about in the chi-chi Vanity Fair and Town & Country magazines.
But in this one, palanggas, the sand was whiter, the sea bluer and the parties even more spectacular. Moi and Manille's hottest hip partyphiles were hosted by uber-fabulous Nami Resort in Boracay last week.
The occasion: a joint birthday celebration of some of Cosmo Manille's most celebrated faces-Shu Uemura's brilliant brand manager Tina Tinio; moi; my supah pal Tim Yap; mega "starchitect" Anton Mendoza; Inquirer Super!'s writer Gino de la Paz; young American eyecatcher Jackie Cohen Antonio; Shu Uemura's talented and artistic makeup maven Xeng Zulueta, and interior designer extraordinaire Miguel Rosales.
