Feb. 1--Superblock Plc, the leading producer of autoclaved aerated concrete products, plans to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand by issuing 90 million new shares within the first quarter of this year.
"Fresh funds raised from the IPO are expected to be used to support business expansion and will be allocated to working capital," said managing director Jormsup Lochaya.
Superblock is now building its second plant in Saraburi with completion due in the second quarter. After that, its annual production capacity for lightweight concrete products will double to 4.6 million square metres.
