ACS OPENS NEW OFFICE IN TIANJIN, CHINA.

Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., a FORTUNE 500 company and premier provider of business process and information technology outsourcing solutions, announced today the opening of a new global services center in Tianjin, P.R. China, supporting business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology (IT) services.
ACS is the leading provider of BPO and IT services with a global workforce that exceeds 47,000 people supporting client operations in nearly 100 countries. ACS gained operating facilities in China in 2003 through its landmark contract with Motorola to support human resources for Motorola's worldwide workforce. ACS' new office in Tianjin, P.R. China, scheduled to open in the Spring of 2005, will begin operations with 40 employees and is expected to grow to 200 employees within the first year of operations.
