TAIPEI, Feb 1 Asia Pulse - Each job seeker had an average of 1.7 work opportunities last year in Taiwan, up from 1.6 opportunities in 2003, the Cabinet-level Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) reported Monday.
