South County Selby Scholars
One hundred students from Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto counties attended the third Annual Selby Scholar Symposium held Dec. 29 by the William G. Selby and Marie Selby Foundation.
Each Selby Scholar receives scholarship funds up to one third of the student's financial need for college expenses to a maximum of $5,000 annually. The scholarships are renewable for up to four years.
