Jan. 20--TIPP CITY -- A revised Planned Residential Development zoning code intended to make the housing review process more user-friendly while ensuring quality subdivisions was approved Tuesday by the City Council.
Representatives of builders and developers told the city Planning Board last summer that the PRD philosophy wasn't working. Donna Cook of the Miami County Home Builders Association said some developers said they'd never develop again in the city.
