General Motors' new Corvette C6-R race car, launched at the Detroit show, will debut at the 12 Hours of Sebring in March. GM will again run a two-car team, competing in the GT1 class (formerly GTS).
The same drivers who piloted the C5-R to its undefeated season in 2004 are back: Ron Fellows, Johnny O'Connell and Max Papis in one car and Oliver Gavin, Olivier Beretta and Jan Magnussen in the other.
