TNT Logistics revving up its automotive supply chain business.

In the space of just two days in December, the Netherlands-based global logistics company scored five year contracts with DaimlerChrysler UK and Rolls-Royce, while its North American trait won a quality service award from Ford for its Canadian operations.

TNT will manage DaimlerChrysler UK's aftermarket distribution of automotive parts throughout the United Kingdom starting in April.

TNT valued the contract in the millions of British pounds.

The company will make spare parts deliveries overnight to more than 300 balmier dealerships throughout the country.
