Jan. 13--President Bush launched a campaign Wednesday to expand his controversial No Child Left Behind law, proposing that the annual math and reading tests required of elementary school children be mandated for high school students as well.
Speaking at a high school in Falls Church, Va., Bush said his education reforms are working at the elementary level and it's time to broaden them into high schools, which traditionally are the most resistant to change.
