* Toshiba Video Communications Group recently announced a value-priced addition to its line of satellite receivers, the TRX 1500 integrated receiverdecoder (IRD). Toshiba said the objective of the TRX 1500 is to create a new benchmark in performance for under $2,000. One of the non-essential elements deleted from the TRX 1500 is the RF modulator.
