Jan. 10--Srisiam Properties Group, the owner of the Thai CC Tower on Sathon Road, will move to develop residential properties and commercial buildings this year, with a plan to introduce three new projects worth at least 700 million baht on Suk Sawat Road.

The investment is the group's first concrete move in the past decade after a major investment of 1.4 billion baht to develop the 34-storey Thai CC Building on land rented from the Thailand-China Chamber of Commerce for 30 years.
