Jan. 5--Thirty-four new residential projects with a total of 3,581 units and a combined value of 12.27 billion baht were added to the property market in November 2004, according to the Agency for Real Estate Affairs.
A recent survey showed that new townhouse developments accounted for 1,625 units, or 46 percent of the total. In second place were single houses, with 1,008 units, or about 28 percent of all new developments in November.
At the same time, no new non-residential developments were launched, said the agency's managing director Sopon Pornchokchai.
