TrueStore[R] consumer electronics (CE) chip set includes read-channel, preamplifier, motor controller, and hard disk controller solutions for developing disk drive form factors from 0.85-1.8 in. With read and write speeds over 350 Mbps, ICs support storage capacities of 4.0 Gb in typ 1.0 in. drive as well as future generations of drives with capacities up to 12 GB. Power consumption is rated at ~400 mW.
