Jan. 4--The Stock Exchange of Thailand expects 22 companies in the Rehabco (Companies Under Rehabilitation) sector to be reinstated to their normal sectors in 2005, with the rehabilitation sector eliminated altogether by March 28, 2006.

Suthichai Chitvanich, a SET executive vice-president, said seven companies had requested reinstatement as of Nov 20, 2004 -- EMC, Natural Park, Millennium Steel, Raimon Land, Christiani & Nielsen, Syntec Construction and Eastern Wire.

Eastern Printing, Preecha Group, Inter Far East Engineering and Power-P have also submitted applications for reinstatement.
