DAVIE, Fla. _ H. Wayne Huizenga doesn't usually address his roster, but the Dolphins' owner said it was imperative to appear at team headquarters Monday morning to rally players before they headed into the offseason.

"I told them, `I've got a lot of good-looking guys in here. Big, tall, strong guys. But you guys would look a lot better with a Super Bowl ring on you,'" Huizenga said while leaving the facility. "That's what we're looking for."
