Dec. 30--An educational services company claims in a lawsuit that a former employee stole its trade secrets when he set up his own company and got a $700,000 consulting contract with St. Louis Public Schools.
In addition, the former employee listed a school district supervisor as the registered agent of his company, the education services company claims in its suit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in St. Louis.
