India's High Court in New Delhi today released on bail Avnish Bajaj, country manager and CEO of Baazee.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay Inc. Police arrested Bajaj Friday and sent him to prison Saturday as part of an investigation of a pornographic video listed on Baazee's Website. Bajaj's arrest occurred after he traveled to New Delhi to assist police in their investigation of the person who attempted to sell the video.
