Custom Ejector Sleeves can be machined from H-13, A10, S-7, and M-2 tool steel, as well as 420 and 440 stainless steels, with 0.0002 in. accuracy on ID and OD and surface finishes to 2 RMS. Sizes range from 0.016 in. ID to 2 in. OD in lengths up to 14 in. long, with or without shoulders. Customized with EDM forms, vent grooves, ribs, and other special requirements, sleeves can be supplied with surface treatments including various nitride processes and plating.
